We are registered in Wyoming, USA, and provide marketing, automation, and CRM solutions for UK trade and service businesses.

2. Services

We offer consultancy, marketing, and AI-powered automation services designed to help local businesses grow. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon per project or subscription.

3. Quotes & Payment

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are detailed on your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

All payments are handled securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients must provide accurate and timely information, approvals, and access to relevant systems (e.g., CRM, domain, social media, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, copy, automations, and system setups remain the intellectual property of GrowthSpark Digital until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for their own business.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the digital and customised nature of our work, refunds are not available once services have been delivered or systems set up. Retainer or subscription services can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing cycle.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and agree not to disclose or use any sensitive business information shared with us, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality digital systems and marketing support, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. GrowthSpark Digital is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or opportunity arising from the use of our services.
